Applicability
These terms apply to all offers and agreements of Arx Logistics B.V. (KVK 96665521). Our road transport is also subject to the Dutch General Transport Conditions (AVC), unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Quotes and prices
Quotes are non-binding and valid for 14 days. All prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise.
Performance
We carry out transport with due care. Stated pickup and delivery times are indicative unless expressly confirmed as a fixed deadline. The client provides correct and complete information such as addresses, nature of the cargo, weight and required temperature.
Temperature-sensitive cargo
For chilled or frozen transport the client states the required temperature in writing and hands over the cargo at the correct temperature. We carry the product within the stated temperature limits.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the limits of the applicable transport conditions and statutory rules (including, for international transport, the CMR Convention).
Payment
Invoices are payable within 14 days of the invoice date unless agreed otherwise.
Governing law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam.
